The Gill Agency

TheGillAgency.com Site Redesign

The business of real estate is built on great realtors—their understanding of the market, and the level of customer service they provide. The team at the Gill Agency is known for their unique take on Austin, combining a fun approach and great personality with years of experience.

PROBLEM:

In Austin’s booming real estate market, The Gill Agency needed an updated website that would break through the clutter and highlight their distinctive voice and expertise. The site needed to explain their proven process for buying and selling a home and connect with shoppers in different stages of the home-buying process, from those who are casually browsing different neighborhoods to those with a specific need or timeline. Intuitive, functional search and filtering capabilities were a must.

SOLUTION:

We worked with the Gill Agency to develop and execute a website that’s part real estate and part lifestyle site. From the homepage, featuring lush, dynamic video backgrounds, it’s clear that this isn’t your traditional real estate website—or your traditional real estate agency.

Just like the team themselves, the site is informative without pushing buyers for information—for example, visitors can browse city-wide listings with an integrated MLS tool without signing up for an account. This no-hassle approach builds trust, encouraging visitors to reach out to the Gill Agency when they’re ready to move forward with their home search.

Lifestyle galleries paint a visual picture of different neighborhoods, with accompanying copy from Eileen Gill adding a true local insight. The Listings We Love section showcases great homes that are available around town, no matter who the selling agent is.

RESULTS:

Buyers love the new, simplified search functionality that lets them filter listings, and find homes they love. Dynamic functionality on the backend means the Gill Agency team can update a listing in one place and have the changes populate across the site, thus reducing the manual labor associated with site upkeep.
